Getting Started
Creating an account is easy! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. You can also sign up using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account for faster registration.
Yes! PopFusion offers a free tier with access to millions of songs, basic discovery features, and community functions. However, free users will hear ads between songs and have limited skips. Upgrade to Premium for an ad-free experience with unlimited features.
After creating your account, you'll be guided through a setup process where you can select your favorite genres, artists, and songs. This helps our AI recommendation system understand your taste and suggest music you'll love.
Music & Playback
Check your internet connection first. If you're connected but still having issues, try refreshing the page or restarting the app. For Premium users, ensure you haven't exceeded the device limit. Contact support if the problem persists.
Click the "+" button next to any song to add it to a playlist. You can create new playlists or add to existing ones. To share, go to your playlist, click the share button, and choose how you want to share (link, social media, etc.).
Go to Settings > Audio Quality. Free users can choose between Normal (128kbps) and High (256kbps). Premium users get access to Very High quality (320kbps) for the best listening experience.
Troubleshooting
First, double-check your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser if issues persist. Contact support if you still can't access your account.
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't work, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. If crashes continue, uninstall and reinstall the app, or contact our technical support team.
This is usually due to a slow or unstable internet connection. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data, or move closer to your router. Lower the audio quality in settings if you have a slow connection. Premium users can download music for offline listening.
